Section 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Aria Calls platform, published by Dilypse International. By accessing the platform or using our services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Access to Aria Calls requires the creation of a user account, either through the online registration form or by invitation from an administrator. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any access to the service performed using their credentials is deemed to have been carried out by the user themselves.

Dilypse International reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the service for maintenance, security, or update purposes, without prior notice.

The user agrees to use Aria Calls in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Section 7 — Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, interfaces, and graphic elements on Aria Calls are the exclusive property of Dilypse International or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use, limited to using the service within the scope of their subscription.

Section 8 — Limitation of Liability

The Aria Calls service is provided "as is" and "as available." Dilypse International does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.

Under no circumstances shall Dilypse International be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

The total liability of Dilypse International is limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 9 — Termination

Dilypse International reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a violation of these Terms, without prior notice or compensation.

The user may request the deletion of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Termination results in the deletion of the user's data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 10 — Amendments to the Terms

Dilypse International reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or through a notification in their dashboard. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Section 11 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil, Quebec.
