Yes. As soon as a new number calls, Aria creates a record with the number, time, duration, and call summary. If the person has called before, the existing record is updated automatically.
Yes. You can create and assign as many tags as you like — for example 'Hot Lead', 'Callback Requested', 'VIP Client'. Aria can also auto-tag based on what was said during the call.
When a customer asks to be called back, Aria records the request with the desired date and time. You receive a notification and the reminder appears in the contact record and on your dashboard.
