Aria uses the caller's phone number as a unique identifier. As soon as a known number is detected, the associated profile is loaded automatically before the conversation even begins.
Aria remembers preferences expressed during calls (language, preferred times, requested services), interaction history, notes left by your team, and basic contact information.
Yes. Each customer profile is stored in an isolated, per-business space on AWS S3 with encryption at rest. No customer data is shared between your account and other businesses using Aria.
Yes. From your CRM dashboard, you can view, edit or delete any contact's profile at any time.
Recognition is based on the phone number. If a customer calls from a different number, Aria will treat them as a new caller. You can merge profiles manually from the CRM.
