Yes. As soon as a new number calls, Aria creates a contact profile with the number, time, duration and call summary. If the person has called before, the existing profile is updated automatically.
Yes. You can create and assign as many tags as you like — for example 'Hot lead', 'Callback requested', 'VIP client'. Aria can also auto-tag based on call content.
When a customer asks to be called back, Aria logs the request with the desired date and time. You receive a notification and the reminder appears in the contact profile and your dashboard.
Yes. You can export your contacts as CSV from the dashboard. Exports include name, number, tags, call history and notes.
